Greatest Hits is a compilation album released in 1988. The album was originally released on LP, Cassette, and CD in 1988. In 2006 the album was re-released on CD with the added bonus track, "When You Love A Woman" from Trial By Fire.

Greatest Hits is the band's best-selling album to date, selling close to 500,000 copies globally per year.
